  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons, product launches, or promotional events, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping

  • We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

  • Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hoursof receiving your order.

  • To help us investigate your request, please provide: Your Order ID, Clear photographs of the product, Images of the outer packaging (if damaged)

  • An uninterrupted unboxing videoshowing the sealed package being opened

  •    The unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective items. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for verification
