As many jewellery items are handcrafted or finished by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, polish, stone placement, or finish may occur. Such minor variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email and/or SMS.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

MILAZA.IN does not store your complete payment card information.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to serviceable locations within India.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

8. Cancellation
