Please read the following Warranty & Jewellery Care guidelines before using your jewellery.

Limited Warranty

MILAZA.IN provides a 6-Month Limited Manufacturing Warranty on eligible jewellery purchased directly from www.milaza.in, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, we may repair or replace an eligible product if it is found to have a manufacturing defect, including:

  • Loose or improperly set stones due to manufacturing defects

  • Faulty clasps, hooks, or locks caused by manufacturing defects

  • Broken solder joints resulting from manufacturing defects

  • Defective chain links caused by manufacturing defects

  • Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship or finishing

The decision to repair, replace, or offer an alternative remedy will be made by MILAZA.IN after inspection.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, or surface marks

  • Tarnishing due to natural oxidation

  • Colour fading caused by regular use

  • Gold-plating wear over time

  • Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or cleaning agents

  • Water damage

  • Damage caused by improper storage

  • Broken chains resulting from pulling or excessive force

  • Lost or stolen jewellery

  • Damage caused by alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than MILAZA.IN

Gold-Plated Jewellery

Gold-plated jewellery naturally experiences gradual fading with regular use.

The lifespan of the plating depends on factors such as:

  • Frequency of wear

  • Skin chemistry

  • Exposure to moisture

  • Perfumes and cosmetics

  • Sweat

  • Storage conditions

Gradual fading of gold plating is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.

Sterling Silver Jewellery

Sterling Silver (925 Silver) naturally oxidizes over time.

Tarnishing is a normal chemical reaction and is not a manufacturing defect.

Silver jewellery can usually be restored to its original shine through proper cleaning and polishing.

Stainless Steel Jewellery

Stainless steel jewellery is highly durable and resistant to corrosion.

However, it should still be protected from:

  • Strong chemicals

  • Chlorine

  • Harsh cleaning products

  • Heavy impacts

Minor scratches from everyday use are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.
